Orange honours outstanding students with the Orange Excellence Award
On 8 October, we honored 2 exceptional students for their remarkable achievements. These deserving winners went home with the prestigious Orange Excellence Award. Read here how they earned this recognition.
As a partner of ULB, Orange awards the student with the highest distinction in the Master’s program in Electrical Engineering at the Brussels Faculty of Engineering (BruFace, a joint initiative of VUB and ULB) each year. This edition was extra special, as not one, but 2 winners received the Excellence Award. The prize was jointly awarded to Mohcine Hamoumi and Serge Agyemang. And Serge is no stranger: this young graduate has been working as a Test Engineer at Orange Belgium since September. An absolute talent on our team!
These are accomplishments to be proud of, and at Orange, we’re equally proud to support education in telecom and inspire young talents. This award is part of our collaboration with the École polytechnique de Bruxelles, the faculty of applied sciences at ULB.
Thomas Parvais, FTTP Program Director at Orange, had the honor of presenting the award to the winners. After the ceremony, there was time for some networking over drinks and snacks. Once again, congratulations to the 2 winners! #ProudToBeOrange
